The following payment methods are supported by this site

Shipping company : Japan Post・FedEx・DHL

Delivery time : Orders will be shipped within 15 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping cost :

Japan Post: Approximately 10 days to US

DHL/FedEx: Approximately 4-6 days to US

 

▼About cancellations▼

◆We accept orders only before shipment.

Please note that we basically cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form.

 

▼Conditions for returns▼

We will accept returns only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and find that the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
We will cover the cost of return shipping due to defects or damage.
